A big shoutout to all the KKR fans!!
On 26th May 2024 Sunday, Shreyas Iyer's team KKR(Kolkata Knight Riders) won against Pat Cummins's team SRH (Sunrisers Hyderabad) by 8 wickets to ace the IPL trophy thrice.
Earlier the team had clinched the trophy in 2012 and 2014 under the Gautam Gambhir's captaincy. This year they had triumphed by completing their win in the last match of the IPL league, aceing nine victories in the fourteen matches.
The Bharatiya former International cricketer, Gautam Gambhir had a crucial role in winning T20 World Cup in 2007 and in 2011 ODI World Cup final victory. Besides this, years he played a vital role in KKR to clinch IPL titles twice in the years 2012 and 2014.
After a long wait of 10 years and a close possibility of clinching the IPL title in the year 2021, the IPL trophy is now aimed at Kolkata owing to the power-packed display of amazing gameplay by Shreyas Iyer's team players to defeat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 8 wickets and 57 balls left making it the quickest win ever.
This time the bowlers were in the limelight of the amazing gameplay however, in usual terms, it was the batting lineup of the KKR who have done this with their batting.
