We have often noticed that some individuals try to win a conversation, an idea, an argument, and even a point of view without intricately delving into others' perspectives and mindlessly ignoring them triggered by self-ego.But this sort of attitude is rude and arrogant.
This debate doesn't need to be done with others. This "I am always right " and "My way or the highway" mindset leads to a continuous battle with their thoughts. Even if the thoughts highlight the underlying personal issue people always crush the underlying personal issue by their mindset monopoly, which is an inappropriate mind trait.
A real winner in realistic or even in own thoughts is someone who hears others' perspectives with empathy, respects others' sentiments, and understands people's diverse perspectives without carelessly ignoring them guided by self-ego. This mindset is what we call an inclusive mindset.

An inclusive mindset is referred to as a mind trait regulated by own optimistic thoughts coordinated with empathy and lack of ego. There are a few behavioral trains that define an inclusive mindset and highlight the power of own thoughts and ideas.

Fostering an inclusive mindset calls for a dedication to introspectively delve deeper within oneself recognize one's poralities and forging an approach for changing it. It also calls for fostering empathy by patiently listening to other's perspectives, and experiences along with strategic decision-making and fostering a sense of belongingness.

By far we have understood the behavioral traits that define an inclusive mindset and how to foster an inclusive mindset. We win or lose in our lives with the quality of mindset and the attitude we own which is a unique and a powerful feature of our personality.

This problem is a barrier to having meaningful conversations and mutual understanding and eventually fostering deep connections. However, an open-minded approach while avoiding the habit of cultivating assumptions about someone without genuine conversations and understanding people's points of view will kick off this inhibition problem right away.
